Heath

This week we are learning about heath. We all made a slide about what we need to do a day. I made a slide about what I should do a day. Here is what I have done so far.

In class, we do mindfulness, mindfulness is a site where you focus on breathing. This week we made a google drawing of negative thought and positive thoughts. I did 3 positive thoughts and 2 negative thoughts. The negative thoughts are some things that I think bad about myself, and the positive thoughts are the thing I think good about myself.

Last week we did a writing test. This week we edited it we put it on a slide and we had to put some potes to. Here is what I have done.




My next step is to write a bit more.

Sunsmart

Sunsmart

Yesterday a lady came into talk about how to not get skin cancer and how you can keep your skin safe. She told us about how the sun can burn you. You should wear a wied brim hat so it can keep your neck and face safe. Here is a picture of it.


Mat manners

Today we are learning about mat manners. We could make a google drawing or a slide. I made a slide about the things that I dom on the mat and the other slide was what I can change on the mat. Here is what I have done














My next step is to follow all I did on the slide on how I can change on the mat.
